Three years ago, I started baking out of my garage in Austin with nothing but a secondhand stand mixer, a notebook full of recipes, and a deep belief that people deserve real food made with care. What began as weekend loaves for neighbors slowly grew into Maggie's Mornings β a little bakery that's become a big part of this community.
Everything here is made from scratch, every single morning. No mixes, no shortcuts, no freezer shortcuts. I source my butter, honey, and seasonal fruits locally whenever I can β because Austin has incredible producers and it's my privilege to work with them.
My philosophy is simple: baking should feel like a warm hug. I want every person who picks up a croissant or a scone to feel like they just stepped into a kitchen where someone genuinely cared about what they were making. That warmth is baked into every single thing we put out.
